Welcome to MegaBliss. By using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the MegaBliss app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
2. User Accounts To access certain features of MegaBliss, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the App You agree to use MegaBliss in compliance with all applicable laws and not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal.
5. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the MegaBliss app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of MegaBliss or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to MegaBliss at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in any unlawful or harmful conduct.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties MegaBliss is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegaBliss shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on the app. Your continued use of MegaBliss following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If you wish to request the deletion of your MegaBliss account, please follow these steps:
Open the MegaBliss App: Log in to your account.
Go to Settings: Tap on the settings icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
Select Account: In the settings menu, select the “Account” option.
Request Account Deletion: Tap on “Delete Account” and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@megabliss-worldwide.com to request account deletion. Please provide your username and email address associated with your account.
Data Deletion and Retention
Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion:
Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other identifiable information.
Account Credentials: Username and password.
User-generated Content: Posts, comments, and other content created by the user.
App Usage Data: Logs and usage statistics specific to your account.
Data Retained After Account Deletion:
Transaction History: For accounting and legal purposes, we may retain records of transactions conducted through the app.
Anonymized Data: Data that has been anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally may be retained for analytical and research purposes.
Retention Period: Certain data may be retained for a period of up to 2 years to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
