User Conduct & Safety

For Challenz, users must adhere to our "Positive Impact" guidelines. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or the upload of harmful content. Breach of these rules results in immediate and permanent account suspension.

Service Delivery (Deliver Now)

• Accuracy: Users must provide a precise delivery address and active phone number.
• Age-Restricted Items: Delivery of alcohol or restricted goods requires valid NZ ID (Passport, Driver's Licence, or Kiwi Access Card).
• Refunds: Cancellations are only permitted before the merchant begins preparing the order.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. MegaBliss Limited is not liable for indirect losses, service interruptions due to network failures, or the conduct of independent third-party merchants.

Intellectual Property

All logos, software code, and the unique "Challenz" gamification engine are the exclusive property of MegaBliss Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
